FINCA Zambia will on 5th October, 2016 celebrate Customer Experience Day by hosting a three-day extravaganza showcasing our product and service offering and living out our values and principles. Our clients are the mainstay of our organization and this celebration is a reflection of this.

Customer Experience day is a global celebration of great Customer Experience and the individuals who make it happen. In short it’s a celebration of you- OUR CUSTOMER!

The extravaganza will run from 5th to 7th October, 2016 in all FINCA branches spread across the country. During this period, our clients and the general public will have an opportunity to have a one on one chat with FINCA Zambia CEO and other members of the management team.

FINCA will also take this opportunity to share savings tips and sensitize the general public on the importance of developing a savings culture. This is in view of the upcoming World Savings Day which will fall on 30TH October, 2016.

Our clients and general members of the public are therefore encouraged to visit any of our branches during the FINCA Extravaganza Customer Experience day.
