Caught in the Act

Kusiyo Kusiyo, VB Express Project Manager was recently honoured for exhibiting exceptional service towards clients.

FINCA Zambia’s CEO, Thomas Lendzian presented the “Caught in the Act” award to Kusiyo at the end of year party which was held on the 26th of December 2014.

The “Caught in the Act” award is aimed at recognising staff that render exceptional service to our clients. It is an Employee to Employee award; staff nominate each other to be considered for the award, provided they are “Caught in the Act” of doing something extra ordinary for clients.

Kusiyo, who was at the time an Account Relationship Officer at Kabwe Branch, was “Caught in the Act” for going the extra mile and purchasing refreshments for clients who had been in the banking hall waiting to transact, but were delayed due to a power outage. Kusiyo personally served all 24 clients with a drink and apologised for the delay.
